Our Story

Breaking Barriers Institute is a clinician owned practice. Benjamin Smith moved to the inland empire after spending 5 years assisting a LA/South Bay clinic that served individuals with severe problem behaviors. Benjamin notice the need for more clinics in the inland empire that services this population and had a vision to assist a community with the skill set had learn. As Benjamin started this ventured he teamed up with another well verse clinician Julelisa Beltran to accomplish the goal of creating a practice that impacted individuals life in a positive way, training clinicians to meet the needs of clients and grow the field of ABA by positive mentorship.
